Bangkok International Gift Fair and Bangkok International Houseware Fair in short is called BIG and BIH Fair 2008. This event is actually held twice every year in April and October. Interested participants are required to fill in the form in the brochure to become a registered member that would allow you to join the Trade Exhibits. Participation fee is US$ 2,500 per unit of 9 sq.m. (3m x 3m).
Trade days : Oct. 14-17 Time : 10.00 AM-06.00 PM is open for buyers, importers, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, department stores, etc. For individuals like me who are seeking gifts, decorative items, home textiles, stationery, toys and games, artificial flowers and plants, handicrafts, household products and small electrical appliances as Christmas presents, guests are welcome to go there on Public days : Oct. 18-19 Time : 10.00 AM-09.00 PM. This event will take place at the Challenger Halls 1 to 3 of Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province,Thailand.

Instead of going to the SAHA Fair on the 1st of November, I am considering BIG+BIH as a worthwhile alternative for a pre-Christmas shopping.
