GTA Obsession Leads to Loss of Life

I remember visiting my family last year in there house and noticed the game being played by my nephew on PS2 was weird. With then I have known that it is called Grand Theft Auto or GTA for short. I insisted that he change the game as I can’t comprehend why he plays such unlawful stuff at a young age. The character in the game seem to be inviting for players, who in real life never imagined carrying out such cruel acts. I hate to enumerate the nasty things here, so I leave it up to you to find out.

However, a very sad news hit Bangkok today. The gory incident happened yesterday in Charan Sanitwong Street. When a teenage GTA addict turned into a real-life slayer of a cab driver. It is too scary to think that too much obsession will eventually lead to the loss of life.

I call for this entertainment media to be eradicated straightaway. Engaging yourself to GTA does not only conditions you to be mentally sinful what’s worst is that it affects your mood and even the way you live your life.

Essential Techniques for Online Gaming

In sports, one can win by means of technique or strategy. Like in the game of tennis I found out that players don’t just practice on their own or hire coaches to teach them do the proper moves or defense. They also watch replays of their game or for beginners they tend to watch religiously all the matches of their idols around the world just to learn the techniques.

Even with online gaming there are lots of clues and tips that are available for players to easily get acquainted with the mechanics of the game and how to win smoothly. In the game of luck it is often expected that there is always a slim chance of winning. Hence your best defense has to be proper knowledge, wizard-like skills and exposure. Chances are, you will loose interest in the first occasion.

People that are of the right age choose online backgammon compared to Ragnarok or Runescape. Which is much more popular to teens and young adults. I suppose it is more challenging for the mature ones to play the backgammon in the sense that it entertains them and it gives them good reward in a stroke of luck. If you ask me, I still opt for network gaming like Warcraft instead of backgammon online as things are turning pretty much liquid these days.

The Final Inquiry for Lenten Entertainment

In this holy season, I came across this film that tells an unusual story after the death of Christ. I chose not to be a critique in giving this buzz as it may seem to have rough reviews from the past. I saw the sneak peek from godtube.com and thought it’s worth watching in time for Lent. So I got a copy from the net and soon watched it with hubby. I recommend you view it first before reading the reviews. Otherwise it will disrupt the thrill and focus on the less important details rather than the main catch of finding ‘the Way’.

It is about the story of a Roman soldier (Daniele Liotti aka Tito Valerio Tauro) who was dispatched to investigate the death of Jesus. He was sent to Jerusalem with Brixos (Dolph Lundgren) who plays the role of a slave and protector of Tauro. Later in the movie an emerging love story between Monica Cruz as Tabitha and Tauro moved me with the miracle that has happened to both of them.

Overall it is good for its genre. May you find time to reflect the message of it as you go through the journey of finding the truth in “The Final Inquiry”.
