The Incar Dance Company from Lebbeke, Belgium a well-known youth ensemble, brings E_motions II, a wide range of choreographies presented by some 30 young dancers from Flanders-Belgium. They will be performing at the AIT Conference Centre Auditorium on Friday 25th, July from 7pm-9 pm.

Synopsis
E_motions II is a quest for love and friendship, hope and the eternal ‘joie de vivre’ that underlie human existence, in today’s alienated world, marked by solitude. The dance performance emphasises these aspects that bring us together as human beings. It has two main subjects: movement and emotions like the heart and the soul. The young artists take you on their journey in search of exuberant joy.

Who among you have ever seen the real London Eye? Me I saw only the makeshift. They also built this oversize Ferris Wheel in the shopping area beside Lumpini Park in Bangkok last year. I kept staring at it every time I pass by Night Bazaar. Wishing I could also hop in and view the tall buildings of the city above. That day never came, as the contract of the wheel operator expired. I guess it would be better to wish for the real London Eye isn’t it?

My family had just their taste of Nordic travel and in some other parts of Europe. They preferred to stay with our family members rather than be booked in Finland Hotels when they went to Finland. It was mom, dad, my two sisters and a 10 month old baby tagged along by the adults. This was their second destination.

Their first stop was in Prague. I saw a paradise of great architectures through shared photos. The Czech Republic Hotels looks like museums to me. Many tourist are passing by the famous Charles Bridge to see Prague Castle. I am amazed by the statues of saints visible on every post of the bridge. They must be the guardian of this mighty bridge ever built in Czech.

Last stop of their trip was in Amsterdam airport. I got disoriented of their travel and totally forgot that Amsterdam is in Netherlands not in London. They said on their earlier trip going to Prague they encountered flight delays so they got the chance to stay in a 5 star hotel in Amsterdam not London Hotels. Got it.

Now that they’re back home in Philippines, I’m so thankful for their safe trip to and fro. God willing, me and hubby may have a chance to visit this side of the world and experience a once in a lifetime adventure.

Outsourcing had become the latest trend on today’s business setting. In my current workplace, though not known to everybody, the administration is trying to consider outsourcing of the IT services. The IT department is substantial to the organization as it holds all the electronic records in the database. Not to mention the intellectual property that has been put to the system by well trusted staffs to generate speedy online processing for a faster communication. It is then of greater weight that decisions be made advantageous to everybody both the administration and the members if a new system will be implemented or not.

If money is not a problem they could have made their decision for a long time. I guess a few more consultation from NY IT Consulting will save them from committing any mistake. For my personal opinion, it would be a great savings to maintain the same system and better hire new competitive employees to increase manpower or better send existing employees to professional training centers abroad. Still the difference in cost will not be over the yearly budget compared to outsourcing expenses.  This I suggest is the best solution of not considering sub-contracts. When employees are not cared for that would definitely compromise the growth of the organization.
